How is the change in the blog?

Hey Guys,

After a long search, I ended up in most simple 3 column template. How is the template? Also i have added the flickr images to my blog. Also my friends list of blog address.

I wanted to add my picasa web albums to the blog. I searched in google and i found out the way to add the picasa web album widget. Check out the below address to add the web album to your blog.. It works so good and so easy to do also....
